2 Indecent Exposure Incidents Under Investigation In Arlington

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police are investigating two indecent exposure incidents that took place Wednesday, one near Columbia Pike and the other in the Ballston area, according to daily crime report.

In the first incident, officers responded around 7:25 a.m., for the report of an exposure in the 1000 block of S. Quebec St. The victim told police she saw a man outside her residence touching himself inappropriately, before he fled the area on foot. The man was wearing a dark jacket and dark pants at the time of incident, according to police.

In the second incident, officers were on the scene in the 500 block of N. Pollard St., around 3:04 p.m., when they were alerted to the report of an exposure. The reporting party told police about observing a man with his pants down, touching himself inappropriately while he watched two female victims from behind a fence. The reporting party alerted the victims, and the suspect fled on foot.

Police describe the suspect as an older Black male, of average height and build. He was bald or had very little hair, and was wearing khaki pants and a blue and black plaid shirt.

Both indecent exposure incidents remain under investigation.
