2 Men Charged In Indecent Exposure Offenses: Police

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police are investigation two indecent exposure incidents that took place July 4, one near Fort Myer and the other in Pentagon City, according to the daily crime report.

In the first case, officers were dispatched around 7:04 a.m., to the report of an indecent exposure in the 100 block of South Fenwick Street. A preliminary investigation revealed the victim saw a man touching himself inappropriately. The officers found the suspect and took him into custody.

They arrested Joseph Alexander, 29, of Washington, D.C., and charged him with public masturbation. He is being held without bond.

In the second case, officers were dispatched around 11:55 p.m., to the 1200 block of South Eads Street, for the report of a man exposing himself. They located the suspect, who attempted to flee.

The man then turned and exposed himself to the officers, according to police. After taking the suspect into custody, police arrested David Morris, 36, of Fayetteville, North Carolina, and charged him with indecent exposure and drunk in public. He is being held without bond.
