2 Men Yell to Woman in Arlington That Because of Trump, They Can Grope Her: Report

The Southern Poverty Law Center detailed incidents of hate across the country after the election of Donald Trump.

ARLINGTON, VA — The Southern Poverty Law Center says the election of Donald Trump to the presidency resulted in a nasty incident in Arlington recently.

SPLC, which tracks hate groups in the United States, issued a report Tuesday titled, "Ten Days After: Harassment and Intimidation in the Aftermath of the Election." The report lists a number of incidents across the country, including one report out of Arlington where a woman was crossing the street when two young white man approached in a car.

SPLC says they yelled at her, "You better be ready because with Trump, we can grab you by the [expletive] even if you don’t want it."

The comment appears to be a reference to the leaked video of Donald Trump talking with Billy Bush in 2005 prior to filming an Access Hollywood episode. In the video, which nearly derailed his campaign, Trump is heard making many extremely lewd comments about women, including his most famous phrase: that he could "grab them by the [expletive]" and women wouldn't stop him because he was famous.
