3 Indecent Exposures Lead To 2 Arrests Made By Arlington County Police
Arlington County Police investigated three recent indecent exposures, leading to two arrests, while one suspect is still at-large.
ARLINGTON, VA — Two men have been arrested in connection with two separate indecent exposure incidents recently, according to Arlington County Police. However, a suspect wanted in a third indecent exposure incident remained at large as of Tuesday morning.
In the first case, officers responded around 4:29 a.m. on Saturday to the 1400 block of Wilson Boulevard in Rosslyn for the report of an exposure. An officer saw a nearby man exposing himself and arrested 29-year-old Kenyan Sheppard of an unknown address. Sheppard was charged with indecent exposure and public intoxication and held without bond.
In the second case, police were called to the 2700 block of South Arlington Mill Drive in Shirlington around 5:30 p.m. on Sunday after a woman reported an exposure. The responding officer saw the suspect exposing himself outside a business and attempted to take him into custody, but the suspect ran off.

The officer found the suspect again in the 2800 block of South Quincy Street and ordered him to stop. When the man ignored the command, the officer used their Taser and arrested the suspect.
Police charged 43-year-old Dejuan Douglas of Alexandria with public masturbation and obstruction of justice. He was then held without bond.

In the third case, police were dispatched around 5:07 p.m. on Saturday to the 4000 block of Campbell Avenue in Shirlington to investigate a reported exposure. The female victims told police they saw a man outside a business exposing himself, but he ran away before police could arrive. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect.
Police described the suspect as a Black man in his mid-30s, who stood about 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-9. He was wearing all black clothing.
