4 Suspects Charged In Vehicle Tampering Incidents: Police
Arlington County Police apprehended four suspects in connection with a string of early morning vehicle tampering incidents Wednesday.

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police arrested four suspects in connection with multiple vehicle tampering incidents early Wednesday morning in the Dominion Hills and Boulevard Manor neighborhoods, according to the daily crime report.
ACPD officers were dispatched around 3:06 a.m., to the report of multiple vehicle tampering incidents. After canvassing the area, they found two suspects in the vicinity of 4th Street N. and N. Lombardy Street. The officers took four individuals into custody without incident.
Following an investigation, police say the suspects entered approximately eight vehicles, then tampered with items and stole items of value. The following arrests and charges were made:

- Abel Perez Santiago, 19, of Falls Church, was charged with identity theft, forgery, entering or setting a vehicle in motion, petit larceny: theft from motor vehicle, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor; and
- Alex Navidad-Ostorga, 19, and Kevin Aguilar-Lara, 18, both of Falls Church, were charged with entering or setting a vehicle in motion.
- Officers also sought petitions against a court juvenile suspect for entering or setting a vehicle in motion and petit larceny: theft from motor vehicle.
