$40M Makeover Planned For JBG Smith National Landing Building: Report
JBG Smith Properties is planning a $40 million makeover of the building it owns at 2011 Crystal Drive at National Landing.

ARLINGTON, VA — Despite numerous claims made by JBG Smith Properties in the past that the D.C. area is oversaturated with office space, the company is planning a $40 million makeover of one of its National Landing office buildings, according to the Washington Business Journal.
Located at 2011 Crystal Drive, the building is part of the two-building Crystal Park development and counts Aerospace Corp., Merrick & Co., the International Foundation for Electrical Systems and the National Cooperative Bank among its tenants, according to WBJ.
The makeover would include improved amenities for its tenants, such as “professionally-managed hospitality conferencing” an expanded lobby, a wine bar and cocktail lounge, and a grab-and-go coffee shop, according to WBJ's reporting. Improvements to the first and second floors will also "create tenant and building outdoor spaces."
