6 Arlington Restaurants Nominated For 2024 RAMMY Awards

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington restaurants are among the finalists for the 2024 RAMMYs, the regional restaurant and food service awards held by the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington (RAMW).

The annual awards honor the accomplishments of the DC region's restaurant and food service community.

Stellina Pizzeria, which has locations in Shirlington, Mount Vernon, and Union Market in Washington, D.C., is a RAMMYS finalist in the Casual Restaurant of the Year category. Stellina is competing against Kirby Club in Merrifield and two D.C. restaurants: La Famosa and Supra. Also competing in this category is Taco Bamba, which has locations in Ballston and Shirlington.

Andrew Dana and Daniela Moreira, owners of Arlington's Timber Pizza, are finalists in the Restaurateur of the Year category. They also own three other restaurants in the DMV: Call Your Mother, Turu's and Mercy Me.

Enrique Limardo and Ezequiel Vázquez-Ger of the Seven Reasons Group are also finalists in the Restaurateur of the Year category. The company operates six restaurants in the DMV, including Crystal City's Surreal.

Queen Mother's Kitchen, which is located at The Landing Water Park in Crystal City, is a finalist in the Hottest Sandwich Spot category. Clarendon's Colada Shop is also a finalist in this category.

Nearly half of the award categories will be open to a public vote. Voting ends at 5 p.m., on May 31, 2024.

Winners will be announced winners on Sunday, July 21, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. See the full list of 2024 RAMMY award finalists here.
