5-Day Cuba Trip Can Be Yours, Thanks to Arlington Chamber of Commerce
It will cost you a little less than $3,000, but the package will allow you to visit the previously banned country.

Want to go to Cuba? If you live in Arlington, you may be in luck -- if you can afford it, that is.
The Arlington Chamber of Commerce has just announced a new partnership with Chamber Explorations to send travelers on a five-day trip to Cuba now that it finally has been opened up to U.S. citizens by President Obama after a decades-long embargo.
From Nov. 10-14, those who participate in this program can travel to Cuba either from Miami or Washington Dulles International Airport. It's a bit pricey, coming in at $2,695 for Chamber members and $2,895 for non-members, if you register by May 31. After that, it's an extra $100.

The package includes the flight to and from Cuba, first-class hotel accommodations, a bilingual tour guide, admission to various places, eight meals, medical insurance and a "deluxe" motorcoach for getting around. You can view the full details here.
"In a key time for Cuban-United States relationship building, current travel to Cuba is limited to 'people-to-people' trips such as this one," the Chamber said in a statement. "With an itinerary reflecting a leisure trip, Cuba Getaway travelers will visit sights such as Ernest Hemingway's farm, the Museum of the Revolution, and a Havana cigar factory. Travelers will also have the opportunity to meet with the local Old Style Car Club owners and learn why Havana's streets are filled with vintage American automobiles and understand what it takes to keep them on the road."
