Indecent Exposure, Trespassing Charges Filed Against Arlington Man

ARLINGTON, VA — A 66-year-old Arlington man is facing multiple charges, including indecent exposure, from an incident that occurred Saturday evening in the Ballston area, according to authorities.

Just after 10 p.m., Arlington County police responded to investigate the report of trespassing at a business in the 4200 block of Wilson Boulevard.

The officers determined that around 5 p.m., a man who was inside the business exposed himself, according to the incident report. Security officers ordered the suspect to leave, telling him that he would not be allowed to enter the business.

Police were notified when the man re-entered the business shortly before 10 p.m., the report says.

Police arrested 66-year-old Michael Bowels, charging him with indecent exposure and trespassing, according to ACPD. He was then held without bond.
