Around 3:40 a.m., officers responded to investigate the report of burglary in the 600 block of South Walter Drive.
Once on the scene, the officers determined that a burglary had not occurred. Instead, they learned that 20 minutes earlier a man tried to look into the victim's home through a window, according to the incident report. The suspect fled the area on foot.
Around 7:35 p.m., an officer witnessed a man yelling and exposing himself on Columbia Pike at South Dinwiddie Street, according to police.
