Returns Saturday, September 26th 🌟 (arlnow.com subscription) — Clarendon is gearing up to host its big Clarendon Day street festival on Saturday, Sept. 26, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., right around the Metro station. • Bechtel to Address U.S. Nuclear Cleanup at 2026 Workshop (constructionowners.com) — Arlington will host the 2026 National Cleanup Workshop at the Crystal Gateway Marriott from Sept. 14–16, bringing more than 750 federal, industry, and community stakeholders to town. Bechtel leaders will speak on nuclear waste treatment, disposal operations, and project leadership as the Department of Energy's nationwide cleanup program is reviewed, putting a major technical policy gathering right in Arlington's hotel district.
