Bunny Re-Creates Duct-Taped Banana Wall Art With Carrot

ARLINGTON, VA — Days after Italian artist Maurizio Cattelan's duct-taped banana artwork went viral with a whopping $120,000 sale price, a cute Arlington bunny has come along to give him a run for his money.

Her latest masterpiece involves a tasty carrot duct-taped to a tiled wall. This adorable rabbit, however, really doesn't want cash for her "amazing" creation. She just wants a home to call her own. This bunny is apparently tired of the shelter. (Who can blame her?) The place is really cramping her creative style.

"World-renowned performance artist Rabunzel is celebrated for her avant-garde work, which is an irreverent critique of modern-day vegetables," the Animal Welfare League of Arlington posted to social media recently.

Rabunzel's playful and provocative use of produce brings joy, and sometimes tears, to viewers of her work, according to the shelter.

Rabunzel is currently looking for a home with a loving family who will not only admire her but her artistic talents, too. If her future owner has an art studio, that's obviously a huge bonus but not a requirement.

Interested parties may apply in person at the Animal Welfare League of Arlington. The shelter is at 2650 S. Arlington Mill Drive in Arlington.
