Arlington Coronavirus Update: 146 New Cases, No New Deaths

There are 146 additional cases of the new coronavirus in the Arlington Health District as of Monday morning.

ARLINGTON, VA – There are 146 additional cases of the new coronavirus in the Arlington Health District as of Monday morning, according to the Virginia Department of Health. This brings the total number of cases in the health district to 836.

As of Monday morning, there have been three additional hospitalizations in Arlington, according to health officials. There have been no additional deaths since Sunday. Arlington Health District has the third highest number of hospitalizations, following Prince William with 171 and Fairfax with 529.

Arlington Health District has had a total of 3,217 test results, as of Monday morning.

Virginia health officials announced 565 new cases of the coronavirus Monday morning, bringing the total of cases in the state to 13,535, up from 12,970 on Sunday. There were 10 additional coronavirus-related deaths on Monday, bringing the state total up to 458. There have been a total of 2,066 hospitalizations in the state.
