Investigators determined the driver of the vehicle, whom police identified as Brooks Bare, was northbound on North Harrison Street when he struck several, unoccupied vehicles along the side of the road, according to ACPD. This caused the vehicle to flip over. Through their investigation of the crash scene detectives say that alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.

Aside from Rados and Bare, there were three other people in the vehicle. One of the passengers was taken to the hospital with minor injuries and was later discharged, according to police. The remaining two passengers and Bare were evaluated at the crash scene.
