ARLINGTON, VA -- An Arlington man was removed from his home kicking by police officers who accuse him of being drunk and abusive of a child.

Police were called to the 3600 block of 12th Street S at around 8:53 p.m. on Dec. 9 to a report of a "highly intoxicated male with a child allegedly stumbling in the road," according to a report from the Arlington County Police Department.
