Arlington Man Killed In New York Apartment: Police

A 48-year-old Arlington man was killed in a violent dispute in a home in Brooklyn, New York, police said.

CROWN HEIGHTS, NY — A 48-year-old Arlington, Va. man was killed in a violent dispute on Sunday morning in a Brooklyn, New York home, police said.

Officers responded to a 911 call reporting an assault in progress at a home in the 1770 block of Union Street in the Crown Heights area neighborhood on Sunday.

Police found Rodolfo Rosa with head trauma and transported him to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, authorities said.

Emergency responders also transported a 69-year-old man to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Rosa's death is being investigated as a homicide, and the 69-year-old man is being questioned but was not immediately arrested, police said. Police did not immediately identify the 69-year-old.
