Arlington Restaurant Celebrates Chinese New Year
Water & Wall will feature special holiday-themed dishes available a la carte through Sunday.
Celebrating the arrival of Chinese New Year – The Year of the Goat (or Sheep, or Ram), Water & Wall - Chef Tim Ma and Joey Hernandez’s popular upscale casual restaurant featuring contemporary American cuisine with French, Asian, and Southern accents in Arlington will offer an assortment of special holiday-themed dishes, available a la carte, through Sunday, Feb. 22, at dinner only.
Dish highlights from the menu include Seared Hudson Valley Duck Breast, Baby Bok Choy, Oyster Sauce, and Scallion, Pancake, Whole Dorade, Pepper Fried Rice, and Ponzu, and Steamed Chinese New Year Cake with Braised Jujubes, and Sesame Seeds.
These special dishes will be available a la carte in addition to Water & Wall’s regular full dinner menu. Reservations are recommended.
