Arlington Restaurant Inspections: 45 Violations At 12 Locations

ARLINGTON, VA — Officials from Arlington County Public Health recently inspected food preparation and storage businesses in Arlington County. During the last week of inspections, officials found a total of 45 violations at 12 Arlington restaurants.

Violations noted below — such as the 9 at the Asia Bistro and Zen Bistro & Wine Bar in Arlington — involve those issues that would typically require a re-inspection if not corrected or those that are more likely than other violations to contribute to food contamination.

"In our experience, it is unrealistic to expect that a complex, full-service food operation can routinely avoid any violations," according to Virginia Department of Health's website.
