Chef Tim Ma’s Water & Wall restaurant in Arlington has officially been nominated for Eater DC’s Restaurant of the Year 2014. The restaurant is located at 3811 Fairfax Dr. The restaurant serves up lunch, dinner and brunch on the weekends.
