Non-critical violation: Observation: Observed ants along wall/floor base in dining room.
Non-critical violation: Observation (REPEAT) (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The food-contact surfaces of food containers and utensil(s stored as clean are not clean to sight and touch.

Critical violation: Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A food employee failed to wash his or her hands before donning gloves for working with food.
Critical violation: Observation: Basil pesto sauce and garlic ricotta sauce were cold holding at 46F, mozerella balls were cold holding at 45-55F, in cold holding unit.
Critical violation: Observation: The food establishment is not under the immediate control of a Northern Virginia certified food manager.
