Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ready-to-eat food is not protected from cross contamination by separating them from raw animal foods. A tray of shell eggs was in direct contact with the bean sprouts that were in the container that the tray of eggs was sitting in.
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pa nang sauce was hot holding at 115F, green curry sauce wa at 112F, and red curry was at 105F, with buckets at edge of grill area. Reheated to 165. Info on TPHC left with CFM.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Several food containers inside the walk-in freezer were not covered.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Some ready to eat food containers inside the walk-in cooling unit have a date that exceeds the use by date written on the containers.
Observation: The food establishment is not under the immediate control of a Northern Virginia certified food manager.

Observation (REPEAT) (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed containers of pico de gallo and cooked meatballs in the 2-door prep unit cold holding at improper temperatures. The pico de gallo measured 47'F and the cooked meatballs measured at 52'F. The person in charge voluntarily discarded the foods during the inspection.
Corner Bakery Cafe, 2111 Wilson Blvd

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed various foods cold holding at improper temperatures in the Delfield two door upright refrigerator sandwiches 54 F, cut tomatoes 60 F, cheese 60 F). Foods were discarded.
