Critical violation No. 1: Observation: Saltenas at 129-132 F inside the hot holding unit at the front counter, discarded.

Notes: Three non-critical violations included minor issues with the refrigerator and freezer units and a gap in the bottom of the basement door.

Notes: Non-critical violations included a dirty ice machine and leaking plumbing fixtures.
Critical violation No. 1: Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Employees were observed contacting ready to eat foods with their bare hands.
Critical violation No. 2: Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Vacuum sealed chicken, beef, and other prepared foods were not labelled with the time, date, and the description of the food.
