Arlington River Turns Into Raging Rapids (ICYMI)
Four Mile Run, filled with rainfall from Florence's remnants, turned into quite the chaotic scene.

ARLINGTON, VA -- The remnants of Hurricane Florence made their presence felt on Northern Virginia on Monday, including Four Mile Run, which was totally unrecognizable.
A video tweeted by meteorologist Ryan Miller says that Four Mile Run in western Arlington was up at least five feet from normal flow due to the heavy rain.
