Arlington 'Serial Flasher' May Have Been Arrested In DC: Report

The man is suspected in a series of indecent exposures in Fort Myers Heights.

WASHINGTON, DC -- Police have arrested a suspect in a series of indecent exposures in the Fort Myers Heights neighborhood of Arlington, according to a report.

WJLA reports that police arrested 34-year-old Santiago Campos of Alexandria on Thursday and charged him with four sex abuse incidents in D.C., and police now believe that he is involved in nine flashing incidents in Arlington.

The incidents took place at the following times and locations:

  • January 26, North Rolfe Street and 16th Street North, 10:35 p.m.
  • February 9, 1800 block of 16th Street North, 9:48 p.m.
  • February 13, 2700 block of Clarendon Boulevard, 11 p.m.
  • March 3, 16th Street North and North Rhodes Street, 11:58 p.m.
  • March 3, 1900 block of Clarendon Boulevard, 11:35 p.m.
  • April 20, 1900 block of Clarendon Boulevard, 9:35 p.m.
  • April 24, Wilson Boulevard and North Troy Street, 10:20 p.m.
  • May 6, 1900 block of Clarendon Boulevard, 10:25 p.m.
  • May 6, 1200 block of North Meade Street, 11:20 p.m.
