Arlington Woman Charged With Pepper-Spraying Driver In Traffic Dispute
An Arlington woman was arrested Thursday on charges of pepper-spraying a man after they became involved in a traffic dispute, police said.

ARLINGTON, VA — An Arlington woman was arrested Thursday on charges of pepper-spraying a man after they became involved in a traffic dispute along King Street, according to police.
At about 8:25 a.m. Thursday, police arrived in the 5000 block of S. Chesterfield Road in the Claremont neighborhood, where they found a man being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Arlington County Police officers learned that the victim and the woman were driving in the area of King Street and S. Chesterfield Road when they became involved in a dispute.

The victim kept driving, and the woman followed him and cut him off in her car, police said. Both drivers got out of their vehicles and the woman pepper-sprayed the man before driving away, according to police.
Arlington police said officers found the suspect in the area and took her into custody without incident. Robin Chan, 54, of Arlington was arrested and charged with malicious wounding by caustic substance, police said.
