Armed Robbery On Columbia Pike Investigated By Arlington Police
Arlington County Police are investigating an armed robbery and assault that occurred early Sunday morning along Columbia Pike.
ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police are investigating an armed robbery and assault that occurred early Sunday morning along Columbia Pike.
At about 2:40 a.m. on Sunday, police were dispatched to the 3700 block of Columbia Pike, where the victim told police that he was robbed while getting out of his car.
Two suspects approached him, brandishing a firearm and a knife, and demanding the victim’s personal property. The suspects stole the victim’s wallet and jewelry and assaulted him before fleeing on foot, police said.

Arlington County Police searched the area with the help of a police helicopter. But the suspects were not found.

The two suspects are described as Black males with skinny builds, about 5-feet, 11-inches tall, wearing all black clothing, police said.
The victim was not injured in the armed robbery.
