Assault And Battery Cases Near Courthouse, Ballston: Crime Report
Arlington County police reported two cases of assault and battery on Wednesday, along with a stolen Acura and Toyota Highlander.

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County police reported two cases of assault and battery on Wednesday, one in the Courthouse area and another in the 200 block of N. Glebe Road near an office and professional building.
Two other incidents were reported on Wednesday. A report of destruction of property occurred in the 600 block of N. Glebe Road, near the Harris Teeter in the Ballston area, according to the latest crime report from the Arlington County Police Department. A counterfeit was reported in the Unit Block of N. Glebe Road near the interchange with Route 50, police said.
Arlington police reported a trespass in the 1500 block of N. Stafford St., across Interstate 66 from Washington-Liberty High School. A larceny was reported in the 2300 block of Columbia Pike, near a Liberty gas station and Bob and Edith’s Diner.

One sedan and one SUV were reported stolen Tuesday. A 2016 black Acura TLX was reported stolen in the 2500 block of S. 9th Road, near the Giant on Columbia Pike. A 2015 black Toyota Highlander was reported stolen on N. Stuart St. at N. 9th Street in the Ballston area.
