Brandishing Gun Charges Against Arlington Man At Christmas Party
Fairfax County Police charged an Arlington County man at a restaurant Christmas party with brandishing a gun and being drunk in public.
CHANTILLY, VA -- Fairfax County Police charged an Arlington man with brandishing a gun at a restaurant Christmas party, according to a police report. The victim told police that he was at a private party in the 14500 block of Lee Jackson Memorial Highway in the Chantilly area of Fairfax County when a man pointed a gun at him.
Police arrested Roberto Osorio Codera, 28, of Arlington and charged him with brandishing a gun, being drunk in public and identity theft. Codera also had outstanding warrants for a probation violation and a protective order violation.
