Full Moon Drum Circle with Water Healing Ceremony

7pm - 8:30pm / $20 per person

The September 26 full moon is the traditional Harvest Moon, carrying spiritual themes of abundance, gratitude, taking personal inventory, and releasing what no longer serves us.

In our sacred circle we will:

~Practice breathing and meditation to reflect upon what we have grown and nurtured this year.

~Drum to celebrate all our hard work, milestones and personal growth before winter arrives.

~Participate in a Water Healing Ceremony to release the things that no longer serve us.

~Drum some more to move forward with joy into the next season.

No drumming experience necessary and we have drums available for those who need one.

Facilitator:

Tina is a student of the healing arts. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor with over 30 years of experience. It is with great joy that she teaches all aspects of Integral Yoga including chanting, meditation, Yoga Nidra and many types of pranayama (breathing exercises). She enjoys herb gardening and native drumming. Her teachings are designed to calm, release, uplift and transform. Her purpose in life is to be of service to others.
