A free public lecture on "Cover Crops for Healthy Soil" will be held at the Arlington Central Library (1015 N. Quincy St.) at 7 pm on Wednesday Sept. 6. Learn how to overwinter your harvested beds by sowing cover crops that can add nutrients and structure to your soil and give your garden a head start next spring.
