Cherry Blossom Spring Fling Swing Dance Coming To Cherrydale

ARLINGTON, VA — Put on your dancing shoes and head over to the Cherrydale Volunteer Fire Department Saturday night for a Cherry Blossom Spring Fling Swing Dance.

Organized by All About Dance VA/MD/DC, the April 2 dance, on the second floor of the fire department at 3900 Langston Boulevard in Cherrydale, will celebrate the annual blooming of the cherry blossoms at the Tidal Basin in D.C.

The dance begins at 8:15 p.m. on Saturday, with a cash admission of $15 at the door. Bottled water and snacks will be available for sale for $1 each.

The group will be hosting other Saturday night dances at the Cherrydale Volunteer Fire Department. On Saturday, April 9, the theme will be the blues, followed by a disco dance theme on April 16 and a country theme on April 23.
