Chicken + Whiskey Coming To Clarendon In Late 2022

ARLINGTON, VA — Chicken + Whiskey, a popular Peruvian chicken restaurant in D.C., will be opening a new location in Clarendon at the end of 2022.

The restaurant will occupy 5,708 square feet of space on the ground floor of the Clarendon Square building at 3033 Wilson Boulevard, across N. Garfield Street from Mexicali Blues and one block from the Clarendon Metro station.

Chicken + Whiskey opened its first restaurant on 14th Street NW in D.C.’s Logan Circle in 2017, serving authentic South American food. It features a menu created by Chef Enrique Limardo.

“We’ve had our eye on this area for quite some time ... but the pandemic set us back,” Des Reilly, managing principal of SRG, operator of Chicken + Whiskey, said in a statement Friday. “Now we’re ready and the vibrant neighborhood of Clarendon is ready too.”

Chicken + Whiskey Clarendon will mark the fourth location. Chicken + Whiskey also plans to open two more restaurants in 2022: at The Mall in Columbia, Maryland, in March, and in The Ballpark District in D.C. in May.
