DC Man Charged In Assault Of Crystal City Masseuse

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police arrested a Washington, D.C., man and charged him with assault and battery for inappropriately touching a woman who was giving him a massage at a Crystal City business, according to the daily crime report.

Police officers responded to the late report of an assault on March 9 at a business in the 1700 block of Crystal Drive. The victim told the officers she was giving the suspect a massage on March 7, around 3 p.m., when he touched her inappropriately.

The Special Victims' Unit investigated the case and obtained a warrant for assault and battery again Wan Sen Chen, 60, of Washington, D.C.
