Employee Groped In Restricted Area Of Pentagon City Business: Police

Arlington County police are searching for the suspect, who they described as a white or Hispanic man in his 30s or 40s with facial hair.

ARLINGTON, VA — A woman was sexually assaulted while working inside a Pentagon City business, according to Arlington County police.

Officers responded to the 1100 block of South Hayes Street around 9:35 p.m. Wednesday for a report of a sexual battery, police said in a statement.

Police said the victim, an employee, was in an employee-only area of the building when a man approached her and touched her inappropriately.

The victim shoved the suspect away and left the area. She was not injured, police said.

The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic man in his 30s or 40s with facial hair. He is approximately 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall and was last seen wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans, and black-and-white shoes.
