Falls Church Man Cited In Arlington Hit-And-Run On I-395: Police

ARLINGTON, VA — A motorcyclist was hospitalized with serious injuries, following a hit-and-run crash that occurred Sunday afternoon in the southbound lanes of Interstate 395 in Arlington County, according to Virginia State Police.

Around 12:40 p.m., the motorcycle was heading south on I-395 near the Pentagon when they were struck by a Honda van that VSP said did not remain on the scenes. With the help of witness information, the responding trooper was able to identify and locate the van and driver later that same day.

VSP charged 45-year-old Fullas Abebe of Falls Church with failure to stop at the scene of a crash causing injury.
