Executive chef Robert Lucas Irwin brings his Hawaiian-inspired poké bowls and bento boxes to a kiosk at the Water Park in Crystal City.

ARLINGTON, VA — Building on the success of its flagship location at The Wharf in Washington, D.C., Fat Fish recently opened in a restaurant kiosk in Water Park's outdoor food hall in Crystal City.
At Fat Fish, executive chef Robert Lucas Irwin turns Hawaiian-inspired tastes from his childhood into a refreshing menu of colorful poké bowls and creative bento boxes. Of course, customers will also be able to enjoy Irwin's signature sushi rolls and taiyaki waffles.
The new Fat Fish in Crystal City is located 1641 Crystal Drive in the kiosk that was formerly occupied by DC Dosa. The restaurant is open Monday through Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
