FBI: Bank Robbery Suspect 'Forever Loyal' Strikes for Fifth Time
Serial bank robber is a muscular black man in his 30s-50s, 6' to 6'3", FBI says, robbing five banks in Baileys Crossroads/Arlington area.

The FBI says a serial bank robbery suspect has struck for the fifth time, robbing a bank Friday in Arlington. He last robbed a bank in the area the previous Friday, on Oct. 30, according to the FBI.

The five robberies have all taken place in the Falls Church-Seven Corners-Arlington area.
On Friday, the suspect the FBI has dubbed the “Forever Loyal” bank robber, because of a T-shirt he wore inscribed with that saying, entered the Capital One Bank located at 3532 Columbia Pike in Arlington (see map below). The subject approached a teller and produced a note demanding money. Upon receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the subject fled the bank.

Description: The FBI says the suspect is a black man, 6’ to 6’3” tall; they say he could be anywhere from his 30s to his 50s with a muscular build.
- During the August 9 robbery last year, the subject was described as wearing a black hat and a black T-shirt.
- During the robberies on July 21 and June 27 last year, the subject was described as wearing a white T-shirt with the words “Forever Loyal” on it. During the robbery on June 27, the subject wore a dark-colored hat that said “VIBES” on it.
- During the robbery on October 30, the subject wore a black hat and a long-sleeved, white T-shirt.
- On Friday the subject wore a black baseball hat, white and black long-sleeved Izod polo shirt, and black pants.
Banks robbed, locations
#1: On Friday, June 27, 2014, the subject robbed the Capital One Bank located at 5851 Crossroads Center in Falls Church (Fairfax County). Again, he entered the bank and passed a note to a victim teller that demanded money.
#2: On Monday, July 21, 2014, the same subject robbed the Capital One Bank located at 6367 Seven Corners Center in Falls Church during which he passed a note to the victim teller that demanded money and implied that he had a weapon.
#3: On Saturday, August 9, 2014, a male subject robbed the SunTrust Bank located at 5821 Crossroads Center in Falls Church. The subject passed a note to the victim bank teller that demanded money.
#4: On Friday, Oct. 30, 2015, at approximately 5:30 p.m., the same individual entered the Capital One Bank located at 6367 Seven Corners Center in Falls Church (Fairfax County), approached one of the tellers and passed a note demanding money. An undisclosed amount of cash was handed over and the suspect fled. The suspect was described as a black male, approximately in his forties with facial hair.
#5: On Friday, at approximately 4 p.m., a male subject entered the Capital One Bank located at 3532 Columbia Pike in Arlington (see map below). The subject approached a teller and produced a note demanding money. Upon receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the subject fled the bank.
Reward: The FBI is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the identification, arrest, and conviction of this bank robber.
