ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police are investigating a robbery that took place Thursday morning in North Rosslyn, according to the daily crime report.

Officers were dispatched around 11:24 a.m., for the report of a robbery by force at a business on N. Oak Street at Key Boulevard. Arriving on the scene, officers learned two suspects had entered the business and began picking out merchandise. An employee recognized one of the suspects and confronted him as he tried to leave the business with merchandise he hadn't paid for. The suspect then shoved the employee, causing her to fall. Both suspects left the scene in a vehicle driven by a third suspect.

Police describe the first suspect as a black male, about 5-foot-7 and 150-160 pounds. He has a shaved head and was wearing a black long-sleeve sweatshirt. The second suspect is described as a black male, about 5-foot-7, and 190 pounds. He has short dreads and was wearing a black long-sleeve sweatshirt and khakis.

ACPD described the vehicle as a light blue SUV. This case remains under investigation.
