Goody's Is Back In Clarendon: Report
The local pizzeria had shut down earlier this year, but it didn't stay closed for long.

ARLINGTON, VA -- As it turns out, rumors of Goody's demise in Clarendon were greatly exaggerated. The shop is back open, and it appears very little has changed despite new ownership.
ARLnow.com reports that Nick and Vanessa Reisis, who had run the pizzeria since 2006, decided to retire and sell the store in April, and new owner Glenda Alvarez will keep the eatery's name, menu, late-night hours, and even some of the same cooks. The only changes are some renovations.
Goody's, located at 3125 Wilson Boulevard just outside the Clarendon Metro stop, serves New York-style pizzas and subs, and is open until 3 a.m. on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
