Graham Holdings Co. Signs 15-Year Lease To Move Rosslyn HQ: Report
Graham Holdings Co. signed a lease with Monday Properties to move from one Rosslyn location to a smaller one nearby, according to reports.

ROSSLYN, VA — Graham Holdings Co. will be moving its headquarters from its current location at 1300 17th St. N. in Rosslyn to a the nearby tower where Nestle USA’s headquarters is located, according to the Washington Business Journal.
Signing a 15-year lease Monday Properties for 24,000 square feet, Graham Holdings will occupy the entire 21st floor of the 581,000-square-foot, 35-story tower at 1812 N. Moore St. With this new lease, Monday Properties has 90 percent of the building occupied, according to WBJ's report.
Graham declined to comment on the move, but it may be a sign that company is downsizing its office footprint by almost a third, according to WBJ reporter Dan Brendan. The holding company, which was previously known as The Washington Post Co., holds a number of businesses across a variety of sectors, including education, media and manufacturing.
