HAZE: Drinking to Belong

Arlington’s READY Coalition will be showing HAZE, a short video for parents and their high school students. HAZE tells the story of an 18 year-old who had just graduated from high school and the preventable tragedy that occurred. Through this video, his family gives parents and others an opportunity to learn more about the role of alcohol on college campuses (and communities) today as well as showing the crucial role of students and other young people intervening in alcohol emergencies. The 36 minute film will be followed by a panel presentation, with time for questions and discussion.

NOTE: The film contains graphic images however, it is a must-see for all parents AND their high-school student.
