Indecent Exposure Arrest At Arlington Metro Station
A 45-year-old man was arrested for exposing himself to a woman at a Metro station in Arlington County on Sunday, authorities say.
ARLINGTON, VA — A 45-year-old man who exposed himself to a woman at the Pentagon City Metro Station was arrested Sunday afternoon, according to authorities.
Just before 1 p.m., the victim reported the incident to officers inside the metro station, which is located in the 1200 block of South Hayes Street.
Searching the area, the officers found the suspect and took him into custody, according to the incident report.

Police arrested Teddy Pearson of an undetermined address and charged him with indecent exposure, the report says.
On Monday morning, Pearson was arraigned in Arlington General District Court and a bond hearing was scheduled for 9 a.m. on Tuesday, according to court records. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on June 30.

Indecent exposure is a Class 1 misdemeanor. If convicted, Pearson faces a potential sentence of up to 12 months in jail and a fine of up to $2,500, under the Code of Virginia.
