Indecent Exposure In Ballston Area Investigated By Police

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police are looking for a man who they say exposed himself Friday afternoon in the Ballston area, according to the daily crime report.

Officers responded around 3:01 p.m. to the report of an exposure in the area of Carlin Springs Road at N. Glebe Road. The witness told police a man had been sitting outside masturbating. The man ran away before police arrived.

After searching the area, police were unable to locate the man.

Police described the suspect as a Black man with facial hair, approximately 30-40 years of age, standing 5-foot-9 to 5-foot-11 tall. He was wearing glasses, a red shirt and light-colored athletic shorts. This remains an active investigation.
