Indecent Exposure Charges Against DC Man: Police Report

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police arrested a Washington, D.C., man Monday in connection with an indecent exposure incident in the Virginia Square area, according to the daily crime report.

Officers were dispatched around 2:30 p.m. to Wilson Boulevard at North Oakland Street for the report of an indecent exposure in progress. Arriving on the scene, officers learned the victim was sitting at an outdoor table when a man approached, sat down and began touching himself inappropriately. After the victim moved away, police say the suspect exposed his genitals and continued touching himself.

The officers arrested the suspect, who was identified as Donte Smith, 36, of Washington, D.C. They charged him with public masturbation and indecent exposure, the latter charge was for having more than three such offenses in 10 years.
