Indecent Exposure Investigated In Buckingham Neighborhood: Police

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police are investigating a report of indecent exposure that occurred Tuesday afternoon in the Buckingham area, according to the daily crime report.

Officers responded around 2:04 p.m. for the report of an exposure in the 200 block of North Thomas Street.

A female victim told police she was walking in the area when an unknown man approached her, pulled his pants down, and exposed his genitals. When the woman left to seek help, the man fled.

Police described the suspect as a light-skinned Black man with a medium build, standing 5-foot-6 t0 5-foot-10. At the time of his encounter with the victim, the man was wearing a khaki hat, blue shirt and yellow pants.
