Indecent Exposure Suspect Arrested In North Rosslyn Case: Police

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police arrested a 39-year-old man in connection with a reported indecent exposure that took place in North Rosslyn near the the Francis Scott Key Bridge.

Police responded around 1:11 p.m., on Friday, for the report of an indecent exposure on Langston Boulevard at North Oak Street. They determined that a man was exposing himself to the victims who were walking in the area.

The officers located Channing Ballinger of no fixed address, charging him with public masturbation. He was then held without bond, according to police.
