Officers responded around 5:18 p.m. Wednesday to the 1100 block of S. Hayes St. for the report of trespassing. An unknown man had entered the business around 2 p.m. on July 14 and exposed himself. Security escorted the man out of the business.
On Wednesday, the victim reported seeing the same suspect enter the business and then try to start a conversation. Although he was asked to leave and complied, he was observed still in the area later in the day. This prompted the victim to contact ACPD. Police describe the suspect as a man in his late teens to mid-20s. This investigation remains ongoing.
