Indecent Exposure On W&OD Trail Investigated By Arlington Police

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police are investigating an indecent exposure incident that took place Monday morning on the W&OD trail, according to the daily crime report.

Around 10:55 a.m., officers were dispatched to 15th Street North at North Quincy Street for the report of an exposure. They learned from the victim that she was running on the trail when a man with his back to the trail turned around and exposed himself to her. The man fled the scene prior to police arriving.

Police describe the suspect as a white man in his 20s, with brown hair. He was wearing blue shorts, no shirt, and a black fanny pack. This case remains under investigation.
