Independent Physician Network Chooses Arlington for New Headquarters

The GW Medical Faculty Associates, with more than 750 providers, has chosen 3811 N. Fairfax Drive as its new headquarters location, Arlington Economic Development announced Monday.

It’s a feather in the cap for Arlington County; there’s fierce competition by local jurisdictions to lure companies and associations for open office space.

GW Medical Faculty Associates is the largest independent physician network in the D.C. metro area, according to AED.

The group will occupy 50,000 square feet of office space and is expected to create more than 200 jobs in the first year, AED said.

The company, which will be relocating from Washington, D.C., is expected to move to Arlington in March 2016.
