KLNB Brings The Little Gym to Arlington, Va.

Washington, D.C. – KLNB, the multi-service commercial real estate firm, today announced that The Little Gym's first location in Arlington, Virginia will open in August 2018 at 2201 North Pershing Drive in The Shops at Pershing. The new 3,000-square-foot gym kicks off a broader effort by The Little Gym’s top franchisees, Chad and Tiffany Mussmon, to bring the children’s enrichment program to urban spaces throughout the Washington, D.C. metro area. KLNB retail specialist, Kirk Cheney, represented The Little Gym in the deal. The firm has brokered the deals for the Mussmon’s six other franchised locations throughout Northern Virginia and will continue handling leasing for future locations as The Little Gym expands further into D.C. in 2019.

“The Little Gym coming to The Shops at Pershing will prove to be a benefit for both the shopping center and the local community,” said Cheney. “In the age of online shopping, landlords need low risk tenants they can depend on to stick around and consistently draw crowds, and The Little Gym is known for bringing regular customers who patronize multiple nearby businesses as their kids participate in the program.”
